I got some mandrels from an older machinist that seem oversized. They measure .704" and .706". They are for Large and Small Ring Mausers. Should they be .700" to .699"? Or what size should they be?
They fit in about 20% of the actions that I don't have barrels on.

I thought .700" was Mauser too?
