I was just watching The O'Reilly Factor, and he had on the publisher of the local newspaper. Obama asked him about Obama coming to any of the funerals, which start in the coming days and the publisher said that the county commissioners, the sheriff and victims families have told him that Obama is not welcome in Roseburg. They are seriously pissed off that Obama would stand up and politicize their tragedy before they were even done counting the dead. Roseburg sounds like a nice town.

those of us that live here in Oregon, outside of Potland... get a lot of flak and ridicule from many other forum members... but this interview here, is a good example of what the rest of the state is really like...and a good reason why I've lived her for 20 years now... I love the mountains, but I also love the down to earth, hard working people that live here.... sure it isn't eutopia, but it isn't bad, especially in today's climate... Hillary sent Bill here the last time she was running for President, because I guess her people told her she wouldn't be real popular here....by the majority of the voters..

Well said. I am just a bit south or Portland, maybe fifteen minutes from the city limits and inside the bedroom communities but there are way more people around be who have no use for the idiot that is living it up in the white house. I live in a apartment complex where if I am caught with my carry gun showing no one raises an eyebrow. Cross over to the dry side and you will have to search far and wide to find a liberal and even those you may find stand strong with the rest when it comes to their guns.
