just picked up two packs at the local Kroger.

we never did do much frog legs growing up, although we did know what they were.

there's recipes on the web galore.

but how do you bullfrog hunters do yours?

We placed them in a cake pan salt/pepper and about 1/4" of red wine, at about 375 . Bake until the wine is all evaporated

We always rolled them in meal like catfish, and then pan fried them in an iron skillet. miles

i just dusted them with tony chacheries new orleans type seasoning, rolled in flour, and fried in canola oil.

dripped on some mc'cormicks cocktail sauce with real horseradish.

no complaints so far. just a basic fry, and seasoning.

A thin coating of Bisquick, salt, pepper, pan fried in any oil (try adding some bacon grease). Don't overcook--this doesn't take long.

in a hot cast iron frying pan, i put some canola oil, and heated it up. dusted the frgo lesgs in tony chachere seasoning, and rolled in flour. into the oil they went. not a bit of jumping, jerking, or anything. they laid right there till they were golden brown on each side.

then ate them with shrimp sauce. not even half-bad.
