Time? Sit and dry cycle it a thousand times? I'm sure there's someone out there. I have a post 64 pre angle eject 94 that has a pretty decent trigger but not a smooth as my old worn Marlin 336. Google search and start calling around. Good luck.

Make or buy yourself a snap cap if you do that, firing pin on my 94 didn't survive 200 cycles dry fired.

Yes, you can stone the trigger and hammer notch to get it smoother and polish the internal parts so the action cycles smoothly. But if you don't know what you are doing, highly suggest taking it to someone who does know.
