I tried to look up in the search function but could not find what I was looking for.
Just returned from Montana mule deer trip and while hunting one day noticed that the ocular lens on my zeiss scope has a rub mark on the glass. Don't know how it happen because I had just looked through it about 20mins earlier and it was fine. I am going to have to send it in and was wondering how big a pain it is going to be.

Call Zeiss, they are not Leica, you should get taken care of in a reasonable and fair manner...

I followed the Zeiss online procedure and they've had my scope since 11/25 according to tracking info. Just waiting, not heard anything from them.

Waiting got the better of me, I called them today. They said a replacement will be "sent out" by the end of the week.
