Can anyone tell me if bolt stops are caliber specific or how to get the right one? My dad has a 99 in .375 and the bolt stop is in pretty rough shape and he needs to order a new one. Thanks ahead of time.

Haven't taken enough apart to know a lot, but I can tell you there are at least two different ones. I just saw one for sale somewhere for $2 but darned if I can find it for you. Thought it was eBay, but the one there now is $18.

1899 303 and post mil 375 are definitely different. I figured due to the later guns being set up for the longer cartridges.

I posted before that I have them. I'll send you a private message. Look for a flashing red envelope top, center of screen.

They got a little shorter at the 900 K serial for the longer cartridge magazine change.
