I have a 99c in .308 Win that won't feed rounds properly from the right hand side of the magazine, while those from the left feed fine. I found these two old threads, and it's pretty much the same issue:

(I'm not exactly clear what the solutions or fixes in the above threads were?)

I've tried tweaking the magazine lips slightly, and it doesn't seem to be getting any better. It also seems to be getting worse over time - originally it was only the last round in the magazine (or first one loaded) that wouldn't feed properly, but now it's also the third round loaded.

I've tried comparing how the rounds feed from the left and right and can't discern anything obvious as to why the right is jamming up.

Any help or suggestions appreciated.

I've seen magazine lips beveled on the underside. Not that I would recommend that on a magazine going for $150-200.
