I have a 24", stainless, fluted, barrel now.
I'd like to go 18 or 20".
Who's got barrels out there?
Everywhere I go, there are just 223/556, or 300 BO barrels.

Any help out there on where to look ?

Lilja makes several, I have the AR10740. It comes in either 20" or 18". Mine was a 20" but have since cut it back to 17".

It shoots.

Why exactly are you looking to go to the shorter barrel? I have a 20" on my dpms and feel like it not an advantage over the 24 on my ar 15

Would like to make it a bit lighter, and easier to tote around.

If you watch you may be able to find an 18 inch barreled upper reasonble. then you pop 2 pins, change the bcg and have 2 set ups for different needs. that is what i am planning on with mine, and have done it with an ar 15 platform, I would stay away anything much shorter than 18 unless you are able to "can" it. they get obnoxious fast.

I just put a Juggernaut tactical 18in fluted 5R on my PSA build. I put a CF forearm. Rifle is 8# with scope and mag seems to be very accurate with Fed fusions and FMJ.
