I don't know either, but I've got some in .308 Win that I've been reloading since the mid 70's. And some in '06 since the early 80's. At least back then it was good stuff. I sorta had a gut feeling that it might have been made by Norma because I've got some Norma of the same vintage that's been reloaded the same number of times and they've held up equally well. I've got some .308 Win brass with Sako headstamp from that era also.
If all else fails, I rectum I could weigh some of each of the brands I've got laying around and see what the Browning comes closest to matching.
Bring enough gun and know how to use it.

Due to the proximity to Alton, IL I would think that is was being made by Winchester. When I worked at the gun repair shop in Arnold, MO they always had a very good business relation with Winchester. I understood that at that time Winchester's brass mill was one of the biggest in the country.

I have seen some modern Norma stamped Browning. I have some '70s vintage factory 6mm Rem loads that I'm 99% sure were loaded by Winchester. The headstamp looks identical to Winchester's and the bullet appears to be a Power Point.

I've been told it is Norma . The 300 Win Mag brass (Browning headstamp) I have has 12+ reloads on them with no signs of giving up. Looks like it had been stored a long time , water spots etc.
