Go with 2 pc Optilock lows for a bit more clearance on ejection. 1 pc Ringmount lows will fit your scope but may eject cases grazing bottom of scope tube on the way out.

Ive got the one piece optilock lows on an 85 30-06 and the cases some times touch the bottom of the scope but not all the time; however, the cases completely eject every time.

I like ring mounts from Sako.
I've had 2 piece Sako mounts, they just add more bulk, the Talley steel rings leave a divet in the top of the Sako action - hated that.

A Swarovski Z3 3-10x42 using low Sako Optilock Ringmounts (S1701900) will clear the barrel on a short action 85 Finnlight by 3mm/.12" at the closest point. Outer diameter of objective is 48mm (with Butler Creek cover 53.8mm).
The Swaro Z3 4-12x50 has an outer diameter of 56mm but the scope is also 29mm/1.1" longer. Gonna be tight but it may fit depending on the effect of the longer medium action and barrel taper. The ringmounts are on sale at OpticsPlanet right now for $99. Otherwise, you'll need the Optilock base and ring setup which run very high dimensionally.

You might could use medium Leupold ringmounts for Sako. The only consideration with Leupold ringmounts is that they have to be farther down the dovetail to grip than the Optilock Ringmounts. They are lighter than Optilock ringmounts and several times lighter than 2 piece Optilocks. I'm not sure of the mediums but I know highs would work.

My first choice would be S&K mounts for a blued Sako

Keep in mind, when you move your front ring mount forward in the dovetail or reverse, it changes your windage. It's a built in windage adjustment not disclosed by Sako. The more forward equals more windage to the left.
