I don't think that would be legal( not that would be a problem for the left). The VP has to be eligible to move up to POTUS and O has already been elected for his two terms.

Amendment 12
[the electorate] shall name in their ballots the person voted for as President, and in distinct ballots the person voted for as Vice-President, and they shall make distinct lists of all persons voted for as President, and of all persons voted for as Vice-President and of the number of votes for each
Article II, Section 1 (5th paragraph)
No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty five Years, and been fourteen Years a Resident within the United States.
12th Amendment (last sentence)
But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.
22nd Amendment (first sentence)
No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once.
Article II says who is eligible to be president
The 12th Amendment says anyone constitutionally ineligible to be president can not be vice president.
The 22nd Amendment says no on can be elected president more than twice.

This bull schit is worse that the seatsniffing BOWSINGER believing and putting out there that Failin' Palin is going to run for VP (or POTUS, or anything at all) and thereby save us all.
America needs to understand that our troops are not 'disposable'. Each represents a family; Fathers, Mothers, Sons, Daughters, Cousins, Uncles, Aunts... Our Citizens are our most valuable treasure; we waste far too many.
