I've only had two CZ-75's. One was an FIE TZ-75 made by Tanfoglio and the other was a Witness in 45 ACP. I don't know if I ever shot the latter but the former was a danged good gun. It had a very short trigger pull and very smooth double action. The reset was just tremendously short. It was a used gun and was kind of doggy looking. I guess that was why I got rid of it.
Truthfully, I've owned a lot of 9's and overall the performed better and more reliably than the number of 45's I've owned. I'm sure that has nothing to do with the two cartridges, but it still seems significant.
I love 1911's, but I sometimes wonder why I even fool with them.

I see the C100 is also available as a steel-frame .40 which certainly peaks my interest.

I'm not real high on the poly Tanfoglio but the "steel" version (older) than came in green case I like very much. Ive seen the tristars' and they look very simialer, but have not got hands on , I'd like too
