This is my 1st bobcat ever. Pretty exciting stuff, beautiful animal. Shot her with a 57# Bob Lee recurve. Now the question is, do I stuff her or turn her into a rug?

Congrats on killing a bobcat with a bow... A traditional bow no less. Quite a trophy you have there.
There have been some absolutely horrible bobcat mounts done over the years... Goofy looking snarling stares on cats seem to come up quite regularly on internet hunting boards... A rug is probably safer, but if the face is screwed up, it will still look poor.
My advice would be to find a taxidermist that knows how to do cats. There are taxidemists that are great at deer, elk antelope, and such, but terrible on cats/predators.

Nice cat, extra plus with a bow. You can just tan it also, add a few to it and make something out of them later.

Take a look at Karen's taxidermy in Rogers, Ar. She is not your average taxidermist. Along with taxidermy, she is a very good artist which I think helps on the taxidermy side. She did my bobcat year before last. $600 and a year later. http://www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/topics/8397654/2

To the OP, I would send it to her. You can' get a rug done for that amount.

Congrats on killing a bobcat with a bow... A traditional bow no less. Quite a trophy you have there. Indeed^^^^^^^ Another option and the one I'd go with for that particular Cat would be to tube it with the feet on and tan it.....makes a great wall hanger for not allot of money.... Congrats whatever you decide....

This is my one and only Bobcat. It was mounted by A-Z Seivers Taxidermy in Phoenix Arizona. He did a great job in my opinion. Worth doing a mount IF you find the right person. otherwise you threw your money away.

Nice cat and nice looking traditional rig. I love traditional archery but I'm not that great at it.
Trophy for sure with that rig!

It looks great! I have one on my wall I had mounted last year. Bobcats are quite the hunter, and he ll on fawns, etc, but they sure are awesome looking.

My vote goes to make a new quiver cover and some cat string silencers. My Widow wears spotted string silencers and I've got a couple spotted quiver covers. It`d be even better since you took it with your Lee bow. All mine were trapped. I trap 20 or so a year and most all go to people for custom fur.
Mounts are cool to tho.
