All .17 Remingtons have gone sky high since they are not made anymore. Ive got a Rem BDL and a Rem BDL engraved both in .17 Rem. and now they are going for about a grand now on GB. So really that's not a bad price considering what you are getting. Still a lot though considering I've got around $550 in each of mine....

They are asking $950 plus shipping for the .17. There is a 221 fireball LVSF listed in the same ad for $825. Both are good deals. I've seen several LVSF's sell for over a G.

Most LVSF are currently selling at the $1k price. The ones on predator masters are in VG/excellent condition, and the guy is GTG- stand up fellow.
I don't have any but wish my beer budget allowed for champagne LVSFs. Bling is making me jealous.

I'm in the market for another but am trying to decipher through what calibers they have. Would like to eventually own 1 of each caliber. But cows gonna half start milking more or these people gonna half start more than these pennies per hundred weight on milk lol

I like my 708 LVSF. I've thought about dropping it into a Ti stock but the LVSF stock has grown on me.
When I die I hope I don't start voting democrat.

Dang what all calibers did they run? Anyone know The ones already mentioned plus the 7MM-08, .308 and the Holey Grail of them all which was the .243, really tough to find. Nice little rifles.

I have actually heard 243 was made. I've never seen half these rifles in these calibers. On seen 223-204-22.250- well until last night
So with that said. Anyone have a 243?

I have a .204 and a .223. Both are tack drivers. A lot of folks don't like the LVSF stock but I am one of the few exceptions as I like it just fine.

Calibers .17 Rem, .221 FB, .223, .22-250. Then the limited years/runs of 7mm-08, .308, and as stated the rarest .243.

I have a 223 that I picked up for $500 and is a complete tack driver and a 7mm-08 that I got in an auction for $650 plus auction fees. I haven't shot the 7mm-08 much but I did drop it in an original SAUM Ti stock and it seems promising. 7mm-08 223 in original stock that I painted, it's now in a new replacement stock.

Dang what all calibers did they run? Anyone know IIRC...??? Remington cataloged the following calibers in the LVSF: .17 Rem .204 Ruger .221 Fireball .223 Rem .22-250 Rem They produced the following calibers in a special run for one of the large distributors (Don't remember which one) and they weren't as widely available as the cataloged rifles: .243 Win 7mm-08 Rem .308 Win I don't recall how long the LVSF was cataloged but it was a relatively short time... a few years. The special run rifles came on the scene towards the end of LVSF production. I think Remington really misjudged the appeal of the LVSF rifles and could have easily continued it's successful production by expanding caliber choices... Oh well, it's not like they don't have a long history of genius marketing strategies!!!
