That bear is amazing to me since I have only been around Black Bears. Can anyone estimate its weight for me?

i'd have guessed him around 800lbs or so. wasn't real fat. i haven't ever weighed a bear so i'm just ballparking it on my guess.
a good spring hide is pretty amazing...buffalo bears or poodle bears are pretty aweful though! lol
like anything else, if you don't like it, don't shoot it.
