Applying for Wyo elk, archery. Here in NM will apply for elk, depending on Wyo results will either be archery or ML. Fall back plan if we dont draw elk here is to pick up cow tags. Will also apply for deer and antelope here in NM. I drew my Oryx tag and hunt this weekend! Now I can start applying for sheep tags here in NM.
There's 2 dates they carve on your tombstone.
Everyone knows what they mean.
What's more important is time that is known
as the little dash inbetween.

I intend on getting a License to Ill....
(we'll see who gets it) Ya get a bonus (brass) monkey tag with that one. I'll be rhymin & stealin for: South Dakota West River muley tag; 13 yo & I are heading out this Nov after years of saving PPs!! (Black Hills whitetail PP will be purchased for both of us too!!) Wyoming PPs for ph, elk, & deer Colorado PPs for elk & deer (never applied there looks interesting) Of course my car stereo tells me there is no season in which RWE can't use his license; it's always time to get ill...

I should get a muzzleloader bull tag this fall and will hopefully draw a deer tag and then I'll get an over the counter cow tag.

I hope to arrive in Idaho on the 9th of Jan and will buy license w/ wolf and Mt. lion tags. will also get Nv. license w. Mt Lion tag.

I will get deer, antelope and elk. Based on my luck in past draws, even though I will apply, I will not get mountain goat, big horn sheep or moose. Applying for those gets me the same results I get from sending those letters to Halle Berry, minus visits from law enforcement of course.

Going easy this year (so far!) Connecticut-Small game, turkey and deer..archery, muzzleloader, rifle and shotgun. New York-turkey, deer and bear. Maine-deer. Also fishing in all three.

Mule Deer, RFW unit, tough draw for some units, easier for others. Haven't made up my mind what area to apply for.
Whitetail Deer, late season, if I don't draw RFW for mulies
Pronghorn, RFW- This year I should have enough pref points for the Purgatoire area!
Elk, late season, E. Colo. RFW unit- hope I have enough points for a cow tag.
I've invested a whole lot of points for these RFW areas in CO, it's time to start cashing them in!
I'd rather be a free man in my grave, than living as a puppet or a slave....

UT - Pauns deer MZ (13 NR points/random draw)
CO - 4th rifle deer (haven't decided on unit yet - 8 NR points)
AK - Tok or DCUA dall sheep (just need a little luck)
Considering:
NV elk - 8 points
NV Cali Bighorn - 8 pts
UT Bighorn - 13 pts
UT Elk - 7 pts
WYO Speed Goat - 7 pts ***
WYO Elk - 8 pts

I turned 65 this past summer so for about $5 I got my lifetime senior all game license.
Hope to draw a first season bull tag in Co.
NRA Life,Endowment,Patron or Benefactor since '72.
