At this point in their term, all presidents are concerned about their legacy and a pardon would certainly cloud any legacy he could hope for - remember Gerald Ford? I find it entertaining that people believe the elections are based on popular votes by common people. The major population centers in this country are all democratic to start with. Full of voters ( dead or otherwise) willing to vote for the party that promises the most free stuff. Demos get more votes and electoral votes in on rigged city then in two honest mountain states.
There is no way Hillary gets indicted , because she is pure "EVIL" and would take everyone with her if it ever happened. Barry could not stand to have her pissy at him. She knows too much.
