Tried a few in my 375H&H. Couldn't get them to group but it didn't like the Barnes 250TTSX either.
I am continually astounded at how quickly people make up their minds on little evidence or none at all. Jack O'Connor

Tried the 150 gr. GMX bullet in factory Hornady Superformance ammo, in my .30-06. Very accurate, and very near advertised MV.
Tried the GMX bullet in their .375 Ruger loading, and was not impressed with accuracy, or lack thereof.

Mixed results here. Best groups in a generally very accurate Cooper .270 were around 1 1/4" with the 130 GMX. No good groups at all in a .308 Kimber using the 150 GMX. In an old Model 70 .30-06, the same bullet was accurate. However, the .308 Kimber did well with the 165 GMX.
I no longer have the Kimber and have gone to using other bullets in the Cooper .270 and Model 70 '-06.
Overall, I've had better luck with the GMXs than I ever did with any of Hornady's InterBonds.

Had good luck with 140 GMX in my 7-08. We'll under moa at 200 yards. I'd like to get my hands on more to develop a few loads. Haven't tried it in any other chamberings.

The 139g GMX shot respectably well in my 7mm Rem Mag. Not enough to unseat the 150g TTSX as the preferred hunting load, but good enough be 2nd string if the need arises for some reason.

I accidentally ordered a box of Hornady 375HH/250GMX. Sell it to anybody in Dallas or Austin (I live in both) cheap, 40 bucks. I cant send it back and guess I'm stuck with it. I thought I was ordering Ruger - which in MX is scarce. I know nothing about the H&H round except that I have 20 of them. I have high hopes for the GMX in 375 Ruger for a long-ranger.

Several years ago, I had limited success ( a couple of accurate loads) with the 150-grain and 165-grain GMXs in a .308.
As for monometal bullets in general, I've had far better luck working up accurate loads with the Barnes TSX BT.

I had great results with 90 gr blems through Midway in my 257 AI & Hunter.
I seated them deep like I would a TTSX & had success in my first range trip.

I just did a .375 bullet test last week and tested the 250gr GMX. I'll post the whole test in a couple days.

185grGMX in a 338-06 for this years cow elk, 400yds laser verified. G-wrench shot his cow with a 150grGMX 30-06 moments before mine, 400yds. Both were pass thru shots, caliber hole in, fifty cent piece exit hole.
