I picked up a wool red/black checked jacket yesterday. Paired with my black Kromer, I fit right in the woods today as I dicked around in -12 temps and even kept pretty warm.

I came up to the deer camp and collected trail cams. I had 6 bucks on one camera, none on one and, 2 on another. There was a buck on the last one the came through on Christmas Day. He has already lost his antlers. I'll try to get the pics one when I get a chance. That seems pretty early to me to drop horns... But we did find a set at our iron range deer camp on the second weekend that was fresh.

any of you guys watch the football games this weekend?

Hope everyone had a good Holiday. I've been down with an upper respiratory infection since New Years. Sucks.

Not a Vikings fan in the least, but I was pulling for them today. Can't really blame Walsh, those were all his points on the board in the first place. He made 3 of 4. It's just that the last one was the one that mattered most.

I highly doubt I look dashing! LOL. I have another buck on the first cam I see lost an antler between Christmas Dec. 28th. He was a one horn forky after that. Still had the single on 1/4/16.

Ryan, I did watch football. Walsh is a head case and missed because he's a head case. If my 10yr old son can kick field goals from the 20, no matter which way the laces are facing, a pro kicker should be able to hit em from the 15.

That's almost enough to buy new batteries for them

I pulled em. Otherwise the cams would have to stay til thaw. I BARELY was able to drive in the roads with the truck.

I truly do despise chevy trucks.

So here we are, been in a spell of sub zero weather, I need to get to town for parts. Pam is out of town with the trusty F150, nate and Joey are at school, I have no wheels.....

Covered in a foot of snow, hasn't run since last spring, it was -22 last night, -24 the night before.... Not plugged in..... All these old timy components such as point ignition, holley 4 barrel, mechanical diaphragm fuel pump, V belts.... Plus it's 46 years old, been beat to death over and over...





Anyways, Fired it up and went to town. Got my chevy parts, went back home fixed the chevy, parked old trusty.
