How is he, though, on the cleaning & cooking part? Rabbit- showed him the first one, we split the rest. Geese- same Grouse- A friend showed him how to completely skin a grouse. For some reason, 11 year olds find this way more cool than simply cutting breast out. He can do either. I'm done cleaning dumb birds for the rest of my life. Deer- We flew out this year and let's just say that in my hurry to pack light, I forgot the frigging light. Cleaning deer via iPhone light sucks azz. My bad.
