I bought this to put on a grooved receiver [rimfire]
It has Weaver rings that control the adjustments [ like an Enertl]
SO, will work well on any Weaver base but for a rimfire grooved receiver would need an adapter
glass is excellent
no dents etc ,bluing is very good

on second look, there are a couple small areas with blue loss and some tiny marks
