Like an idiot I sold a full stock rifle and have sellers remorse ( don't we all). I sold it mainly due to the stock which was wood.. I'm looking for laminated full stock rifles in 308/30-06. Stainless would be nice, but I would just cerakote a blued rifle. Am I chasing a unicorn?

Remington's custom shop used to produce a laminated mannlicher stocked version of the model 7. Dunno if they still do as I haven't looked at anything Remington in years.

Ruger Internationals, Sako, some older Interarms Mark X's...they're out there...
Some shooting knowledge: Don't stand in front of the muzzle. Some hunting knowledge: Too much noise ruins the hunt.

The only factory issued laminated mannicher style stocks that I am aware of are on Remington 7s from the Remington Custom Shop and an occasional run of Ruger 10/22s.
The only factory issued stainless mannlicher stocked rifles that I am aware of are the Lipsey limited edition Ruger 77 RSIs.
If you don't mind a walnut stock, I think that the Husqvarna and S&W imported Husqvarna mannlicher stocked rifles are the best in class, as they are well-made, accurate, and well balanced.

I think CZ makes a mannlicher stocked rifle as well. Blued with a walnut stock though.

Saw 2 NIB Lipsey M77 Internationals on a dealers table about a year ago, believe they were both 257 Roberts....

I think Boyd's sells laminated full stocks for a variety of rifles.

I think Boyd's sells laminated full stocks for a variety of rifles. I don't think that Boyd's make any mannlicher style stocks. Richards Microfit does make mannlicher style stocks, but you've got to want a stock awfully bad to go to the trouble of finishing a RMF stock. www.rifle-stock.com

I've got a couple Mannlicher Shoenauer full-stock carbines, in 308 and 30-06, complete with sidemounts and scopes. The wood is old enough that I don't think you'd have to worry about warping at this point. Both are available.

I didn't originally notice the laminated requirement in the OP's post either. Guess he'll be giving Remington's custom shop a call...

Another option. Get whatever rifle you want, then have a fiberglass FS put on.

Mpi quoted me $925 for synthetic full stock retrofitted perfectly to a cz550. Call Rick, at Extreme Rifleworks in Bullard, Tx. He can beat that price, I'll bet, by $200. He beds MPI stocks regularly.

Sako stocks are a two piece design that reduces most problems of mannlicher stocks. Not laminated, but I wouldn't worry about the stock causing problems.

http://remingtoncustom.com/HunterGrade_7CustomMS.aspxThere's the Model Seven page, no stainless steel, but it does have the stock you're looking for. A Cerakote job would probably make it as weatherproof as you'd need.
You can roll a turd in peanuts, dip it in chocolate, and it still ain't no damn Baby Ruth.
