Barnes Vor-TX 140 TSX.
Better yet would be to handload for it, but you didn't mention that

The Fed. Premium 130gr ballistic tip has been very accurate for me.

cabelas has the fed 130 trophy bonded, the nosler 140 ab, fed fusion 150, the 140 vortex, win 130 s.b.t.'s and some bluebox fed 130's (which supposedly shot very well ) ...
I was thinking of starting with the Barnes myself as i know alot of the customs group well with that in the 300wsm offering..

T3s typically shoot most loads pretty accurately, so pick a 130 or 140 grainer in a stout bullet and see how she does.

Cabelas usually has the Nosler 140 Accubond which shoots good in my Grey Wolf.

Right now Im shooting the Rem 130 grain Coreloct factory ammo for the brass, and it is very accurate. If you are having problems with several factory loads, maybe take a look at your scope mounts, and the scope itself.

Try 150 partitions. My boy uses them and they work very well. 400 yds on an elk, through and through. Another friend likes, 150 winchester silver ballistic tips but they are getting hard to find.
