Burgess project finally complete #10934561 02/06/16 Joined: Aug 2009 Posts: 1,551 Whitebird OP Campfire Regular OP Whitebird Campfire Regular Joined: Aug 2009 Posts: 1,551 Thought I would share this little gem. .416 Rem. built on a pre-war Model 70 by Tom Burgess with integral pop up front sight, pop up peep and Tom's QD rings and bases. Rifle was stocked by Jay Frasier.

My sight isn't great and I'd much rather have a peep/ghost ring than any quarter rib v set up. Looks super clean as well. What contour? Length? Weight.
