Wrong. The Senate must first agree to put the confirmation proceedings into motion and I can think of no way this will happen in the heat of an election cycle/primary.
I've lost count of how many times " no way this will happen" has been uttered under RINO leadership the last 10 years, only to be proven wrong. TARP Multiple Omnibus bills Amnesty Budget shutdowns etc.. ^ That. These guys are the lowest of the low and they'll do whatever they think they need to so they can appear magnanimous and statesman-like (i.e.: spineless pussies). Better buy up lotsa TAC, SR primers, 55 gr FMJs, and butt-lube cuz we're gonna get screwed BIG TIME.

The seating of a young liberal justice would be the final wedge in transforming America (down the sewer). I pray we never see it. We need to get our butts out to work on this.
