The powder shortage seems to finally come to an end around here. I've read about all of you in neighboring states seeing a relief in the last year or two but this is the first time I've seen it around here. It's about time!
In the past few weeks the local shelves have become nearly stocked full of powder. 5lb and 8lb jugs have re-appeared. I haven't seen it like this since before Obama was announced as the Democratic candidate in '08.
There are some powders, like Varget, that are apparently still being made from ground unicorns but today at lunch I was finally able to score some TAC. They had 5 1lb'ers and an 8lb jug. I got a pound of IMR 4198 to go with it. Last week I grabbed a pound of HP-38 and a pound of Benchmark. A week or two before that 2lbs of H4895.
There are specific powders missing here and there (most of the Ramshot line except TAC and Silhouette) but the shelves look like they are bursting compared to the recent past.
Seems I have some reloading to do...

The Hodgdon powders are the most plentiful here. Still a few shotgun/handgun powders missing along with Varget, Retumbo, and maybe H1000. Other than that, the shelves are full of H powders (and IMR and Alliant And Norma...). Ramshot and Winchester seem to be the missing parties around here still.
