I got one of these a month or so back and love it. I got it based on a review from a darn good reloader over at accurate reloading.com. It has a bubble level, and has adjustable feet, and it measures to.01 grains..... and even trickles nicely... you'll be able to see every granule of stick powder account. http://www.grizzly.com/products/Powder-Scale/BE1188
