Just talked to my sister, she says go hunting. Services will be in Pittsburgh in early summer. I'm headed out early in the AM, plan on spending the Tuesday note in FT. Stockton. See you at the @ 2PM on Wednesday.
Just catching up. My condolences to your extended family. Looking forward to meeting you.
Truck is packed, bag is packed and my son's (cooking fools) want to make the meal when Tom, Carl and Joe arrive. Elder son is a chef at a restaurant in Tyler while wrapping up his studies. He insists that he will not grill a steak beyond medium rare. I told him he will be fine. He advised that more than half the folks at his restaurant want medium well or well? Texas??? He heads back to school on the Sunday we return and wants to leave us with elk chili. OK. Dear wife will require some beans though. Sorry.
Ed, glad to hear your song will be there! He's right about no more than Med. rare....I had an idea for the steaks but him being a pro chef I'll bet his idea is better! Im packed and getting on the plane way too early in the morning, so Im signing off here pretty quick ....will call you on arrival!
See the rest of you boys in camp!

Tom,
I know you wanted to cook but the boy's want you all as quests. They are flatazz badazz kids as you will see. I will pour drinks unless one wants one of the goofy things Joe is eyeballing. Those are Joe's. Dear wife will enjoy these internet friends sipping her wine enjoying the vibe. It may drop enough in temp that we can light the fire ring. My youngest and four friends were here on an overnighter Friday night and we ate the hell out of Costco 1/4# dogs over the fire. I am damn so looking forward to this trip, rain or shine.
Just got into El Paso for the night. Rained on in Central Californis, blown about crossing the Mojave. Ice on the roads from Seligman to Flagstaff. Absolutely gorgeous across the Painted Desert. Blown around again along the Rio Grande. Exhausted. Sorry about your loss Bob. Hopefully this week will help in the healing.
San Antone and the type 506 hunting license tomorrow.See everyone around 2:00 on Wednesday.
