The following is an exact excerpt from a just now released Washington Post article:
Attorney General Loretta Lynch indicated Wednesday that the law doesn't require the Justice Department to pursue criminal charges against Hillary Clinton for her use of a private email system, even if the FBI recommends criminal charges.
Lynch was asked in a hearing by Sen. John Cornyn, R-Texas, what her department would do if the FBI were to recommend that step. "If the FBI were to make a referral to the Department of Justice to pursue a case by way of indictment and to convene a grand jury for that purpose, the Department of Justice is not required by law to do so, are they — are you?" Cornyn asked.
Lynch didn't answer directly, but seemed to indicate the department has some wiggle room, and can consult with officials before deciding what to do.
"It would not be an operation of law, it would be an operation of procedures," Lynch said in reply. She added that the decision to pursue a criminal case would be "done in conjunction with the agents" involved in the investigation. "It's not something that we would want to cut them out of the process."

Now, the scum sucking slimeballs, hussein obama and lorretta lynch are setting the ground work for exonerating "the hildabeast" prior to this years Presidential Election.
hussein obama, earache holder and lorretta lynch should all have been impeached and in prison by now.

I always thought that if somebody broke the law and got caught, they would be arrested and go to jail. Guess not. On the other hand, they CAN decide she broke the law, but refuse to prosecute. If that happens, the GOP better raise holy hell.

I do not know why anyone thinks that Obama will allow the indictment of Hillary R. Clinton.
If Obama were to do so, it would be a manifest indictment of his own incompetence, insidiousness, and overall failure to adhere to his sworn oath (which is sadly laughable), and his utter disregard for the protection of the United States of America.
Obama appointed Hillary. He knew she had unsecured email servers through which she was passing highly classified State secrets to our enemies. He did nothing. He will not now endanger his "legacy" to prosecute his traitorous appointee.
If FBI Director Comey pushes it, Obama will fire him quicker than a cat can lick his asz.
Might as well forget it, boys and girls.

The orders to our local US Attorney was to focus on kiddie porn and white color crime. The FBI is about to dump a butt load of evidence of illegal "white color" criminal activity on Hillary Clinton and you can bet not one darn thing will be done because they do not have to do anything.
We can whine and moan all day but they do not have to do diddly. And, you can bet they will not. They are going to round file this case as soon as they can. We can only hope Obama does not pardon her and the next president files the case IFF a republican wins.
So far the only candidate I have heard who will file the case is Trump. I'm still waiting to hear Cruz or Kasich say those words.

VarmintGuy My comment: The voters of CA, NY, and Chicago did not give the US the scum bags mentioned, the liberal voters of all 50 states did, including those in Montana. The voters did not put the race baiting Holder or Lynch in office, the Negro in Chief did. Hopefully a lot of the accumulated scum will be eliminated this coming Fall.

What I hope is going to happen is that the FBI will NOT recommend bringing charges until AFTER the elections and the AIC can't pardon that biotch.. A new Prez (damn well better not be a dem) will be telling Lynch to go find honest work and will appoint a different AG - which, at that time all the evidence comes out, indictments are handed down and TFP will switch to an orange jumpsuit, hopefully with leg irons..

Witnessed a 4-star General order an investigation into who released classified operational info to the newspapers. Answer came back a week or so later that it was a political appointee. The General's response was basically "well, that the end of that issue"
Civilians don't get criminally prosecuted for being sloppy with classified materials. At worst their clearance gets pulled or they get fired. If they're real high up, they get a refresher on proper procedures and asked not to do it again! She would have to have sold it or given it to a foreign power or group to get prosecuted. Much as I'd like to see her go down for this - it ain't gonna happen.
