I have a TC Pennsylvania Match Rifle that I am going to list on Gunbroker. I know these are scarce but want to put a realistic start price. The rifle is in very good condition with all the inserts for the front sight. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Robert

A local gun shop had one for a couple weeks during the winter. Their asking price was $350-ish IIRC. Don't know how that would correlate with a nation wide add Gunbroker will get you. Take lots of good pictures, write a good description and headline, run the auction long enough for people to find it (preferably encompassing at least one weekend) and if you have the cojones start it at a penny. Good luck with your sale.

Thanks for the info. I really appreciate it. I know penny auctions generate a lot of interest but on something that does not have a wide base of appeal such as this, I don't want to run the risk of selling it for $150.00 and I will not use a shill as some on Gunbroker do.

You are asking in the wrong place. It's possibly worth north of 350 and a pro ML Collector could give you the correct price to ask. Google-search would be the first place I'd look for help.

You have a rare gun there. Wear patience before selling it-off. Real nice shape may even get you north of 5-bills. Heck, the more common and plentiful Hawkens and Renegades sometimes get $350.

Thank you for the advice. I think I will do more research, this is not a must sell situation.
