I don't have the coordinates but I just drove to it. take the Crystal City exit from n 83 (Lake Street). Drive east to it ends on N. 7th Street (also signed as FB 582). Go north a few blocks to the next signal (E. Crockett Street, also FM 582). Turn right /east on FM 582 for about 2 miles, then right (south) on 395, Go about 100 yards and the gate is on the left.
Hope this helps. 'Ranger Green made it along with 25 others. Cloudy, all have sighted in and now just playing with guns. Nice place.

Got everyone tucked in for the night, which will be over at 5:00 o'clock. All sleeping like Nancies - blissfully unaware of the steady rain soaking in. The night is balmy, the pigs will love it. Getting everyone sighted in was over quick, but fun. A lot of nice and practical firearms have gotten the nod this time - after a look at the weatherforcast. The dinner at night - We ate great and talked - meeting new guys and getting cought up with longtime friends. We toasted the opportunity for both and remembered departed friends. We are aiming high - striving to excel. There is no Stop in us, just Go (Thanks Delta - great flight and slogan). Everybody took their medicine - As Prof. Broemel put it in the famous movie of "Die Feuerzangen-Bowle" "With school, it is same as with medicine. It must taste bitter, lest it should work." Great prospects. Happy folks in Texas.

Sounds like a shirt tail was lost already as well.

. . The rain Wed, Thurs, & Fri has turned the two-tracks to the blinds into mud bogs. Photo shows the a typical mud-coating on truck just returned from retrieving hunters from blinds Friday AM. Rumors identify it as caliche mud. It's slippery, so some of us skidded and landed on our backsides when we stepped out of trucks at the blinds. It's sticky and gloppy; the whitetails that show up at the feeders appear to have baseballs rather than hooves at the ends of their legs. At least one truck was stuck in mud up to the rocker panels in the middle of a ranch road. Some of the attendees with developed vocabularies can elaborate colorfully on the theory and application of this mud. --Bob

Has Ingwe started running around in his leopard print thong challenging one and all to mud wrasslin matches yet?

No he's acting like a perfect gentleman. Nasty mud is not fun to parade around in. Some taking a nap before afternoon hunt. Others are at rifle range running lead down range.
This morning 3 hogs one coyote.
22 hogs so far.

We are starting to see the sun off and on today. Roads and all grounds are a muddy mess and will be for rest of trip. Will take a few days for things to dry out. What this does is makes the trip to certain areas not possible.
My up load from phone to photo bucket is real slow so will save my pics. for when I get home. I'm 10 or 12 pics behind in the uploads so that would be hours to get uploaded out here at the wifi speed of this place with all of us on line. Phones do work great at this ranch. The group seems to be very happy at the number of hogs on this place.
Lots of other things seen also. Like the biggest turkey I have ever seen, rabbits all over, WT., red deer, bob whites and African types of animals.
I had a little scared hog come to my area last night and run into 20/30 turkeys. The turkeys won in 10 seconds and he was gone.
I'm having a good time and would for sure come back to this place to hunt. All here will have there own war stories when they return home.

It's Montmorillonite clay--essentially the same thing as bentonite that is used in drilling mud. Enjoy!

After me,Pat,Dan and Bobby arrived at the airport, I hadn't even gone through security before Pat texted "TRUMP SUCKS".
It's back on.
Hope everyone is home safe or are on their final leg of arriving safely home.
Fantastic 4 days with some fine top-shelfers.
Dan...thanks for everything.
Everybody else...thanks for everything.
PS...Getting the mud off of your gear may take a pressure washer. That schit is like concrete.
