Kawaguchiya Firearms Co. (yup, KFC) is the predecessor of Miroku, which built most of the Winchester 101's and all of the Browning Japanese shotguns. This little beauty is a 28" BLNE (Box Lock Non Ejector) with English stock and is choked Full and Improved. Tastefully border engraved and the color case hardened receiver has approximately 50% engraving coverage. It weighs 6lb., 4oz. and LOP is 14-1/4" over a plastic Miroku? butt plate. This shotgun has been used but not abused. The blueing is in excellent condition with wear at the normal carry points. The wood, although plain is in very good condition with one marr visible on the buttstock.
Asking $1300 OBO Trade value $1400-1500.
I'm interested in factory built ARs, specifically Colt, RRA, Sig or equivalent in .223 or .308. I am a fan of quality 1911s, 375 H&Hs, Ruger GSRs or Red Labels, S&W PC guns, and other quality SxS or O/U shotguns. If you don't ask, we'll never know.

I'm guessing it's a late 50's to early 60's gun. Dating the pre-Miroku stuff can be problematic.
