That said, I have never seen a luggage rack on a hearse... My youngest son was just "oodling" over the #1. I am guessing it will see the next hog hunt.

What kind of magazine are you missing again? I haven't seen anything that I can't account for, but I'll look again.

Got home about an hour ago. I can do no better to say my thanks for this great gathering. Dan, you work wonders, even bringing rain to parched lands. You guys are great and so is Texas!

By the way, the first billbooard I saw in California had a photo of Desmond Tutu with a caption of how he is "a man leading us to pathways of peace. Teach peace."

I miss Texas already.

I looked at land opportunities along the Llano yesterday.

I'll make sure you have a key,Pat.

The place will have a lot of windows so dress accordingly.

I hope he has a position open for head satchel man. I'll even help Pat with the covered range work.

-------------------

If I could afford that, I'd take down the fence.

Is there a gold mine and oil on that 1000 acres?

Dan...as far as the living quarters go, you know the great room and kitchen are all I really care about.

Texas prime real estate is very bit as expensive as prime real estate in the DC suburban area.

Wow that would be great Bob. Looked up a few. From 5,000,000 down to 200,000 for just a small amount of land. Of course every time you come out here to the place it would be a business trip for law work.
Wonderful area of Tx.

No river and the price will drop.
Go west price will drop.
Acreage only price will drop.

Lots of Texas for sale right now. The oil guys are cutting back some.
Best of luck in the search.
