This is a Mossberg 22/250 with a 22" barrel in an early Bell & Carlson fiberglass stock. This rifle is in good condition as can be seen from the pictures. Howa is the maker of Weatherby Vanguard rifles in case this rifle looks familiar. The trigger has been professionally adjusted to a nice crisp pull of moderate weight.
