Yep, those fenced in buffs are fun. The old ones can be ornery bastards. Can't say this 1 tonner was good eating. Not without grinding. Made lots of burger though. Did you shoot that with your 460 Wby?  Nope,even worse,caught the trout on a live earthworm.  I would never do that, and if I did, I sure wouldnt admit to it on a public forum! Good God Man!  Next thing you'll be shooting a .270 at the annual chili with beans cook off charity shoot for Gays without Subarus.....

This one shoulda been about 36 inches too... But this was the equivalent of high fence fishing...in a lake...surrounded by banks, the fish can't possibly get out! Like the pond at the park...just take some bread crumbs and throw them on the water... Rick, what kind is that first one? A rock rattler? I'm thinking it's a Timber Rattler. Ran into him on an Elk Bowhunt in the Gila. Elevation about 8000 ft. He was really GREEN!
