If I never see another snake, so be it, they don't bother me and I leave them alone, they are just part of life and death in the wild.

He can still hit schitt with it.

Well, there's a fundamental difference, then.

I ain't no shotgun ace, and that story gives me a good excuse...well, as good as it gets....

That doesn't explain the five shots at a copperhead I almost stepped on last year. He was unscathed afterwards and unfortunately, the incident was witnessed.

My buddy started ragging me mercilessly, saying he wasn't afraid for me to shoot at him.

This, exactly.

Cool pic too...I think a garter snake is the only critter that can eat a toad without being affected....

Need a break from the snakes!

Getting close to finishing another project. Gotta finish the bolt jeweling...and pop on a scope. Maybe a Denver Redfield. Grinnin'.

I feel ya'!

I tell folks I suffer from SDD (Shooting Deficit Disorder). If I go about two weeks and no hunting/killing, I get to itchin
and a scratchin'. Going to the range and shooting somewhat assuages the symptoms, but are not cathartic. Perforating Porkers works every time its tried, and can be done 24/7/365.

Made a quick trip last week. Plan on heading back to the Petting Zoo next Thursday thru Sunday.
