Looking more and more like I've been taken on this deal... Jeff had my cash in hand within an hour of my taking his offer on the 2nd, same day he posted stock for sale. 21 day's later I've still not received it. He answered one E-mail I sent him on the 13th with an excuse saying that; I have been hospitalzed with pancreatitus due to gall stones. Haven't heard anymore form him, received the stock, or replies to follow up E-mails, not so much as any shipping info. Anybody ever have nay dealings with "toa"????? Phil

Haven't had any dealings with him but if he is/was hospitalized with pancreatitis he has some bigger issues going on then the sale of his stock - I personally would cut him some serious slack and give it some time. Pancreatitis is pretty nasty ...

I did 2 weeks with no word, he answered one E-mail and none of my others following... 8 more day's and still nothing.
the 2nd was a Saturday afternoon. He was on here on the 3rd, 4th, and 5th., he had my money on the 2nd. If he can put something up for sale, take a persons money, visit the web site on 3 following days.
He should be able to make some arrangements to ship, notify me, or make a refund...
