I'm switching from the Leupold QDs to Talley lever QDs. I'm mounting them on a Winchester Classic stainless 375H&H. They list them for pre and post 64.
Do I go with post 64 even though it's a classic. The scope is a Leuplod 1.5x5. Probably want to get the extended ones?

I believe you are correct. My memory and understanding is that all post 64 long actions, which the .375 H&H is, has the .330" rear hole spacing regardless if it is a push feed or classic. Pre 64 have .430" spacing I believe.
A quick e-mail to Talley thru their contact tab on the web site will give you the best answer.
I e-mailed a question a few days ago and had an answer within minutes, of course this was during business hours.

They are different than the H&H receiver pre 64's.. express mounts To be exact.... Just make sure you 375 H&H has the .330 hole spacing rear bridge. In some rare cases, they had the .860" spacing for front and rear like other model 70's...
I try to stick with the basics, they do so well. Nothing fancy mind you, just plain jane will get it done with style. You want to see an animal drop right now? Shoot him in the ear hole. BSA MAGA

Yes, as long as you get the ones that say .330, you are good. Still plenty of choices in that as well, if you look on their site. Stainless, 3 blue options, and the "signature" bases, which are are more contoured base that blends in a little better with the action that just the square normal ones.
Also, they come in different screw sizes, so you have to know that as well. As well as if you need an extended front or rear base, depending on the length of the scope you are using. With the long Winchester action, sometimes this is an issue.

Here is your set up. Although this is a P64.

The 1.5-5 is pretty easy to mount in a set of standard mounts/rings. The regular Leupold QRW's would also be a good option over the Leupold QD's: QRW:
