stopped in to Cabelas (really just a reason to put the 370Z out on the highway this am, but saw a 5.56 ranch compact like my 300BLK.
did some quick math and with discounts , sale and bucks walked out with it for $382.79.
now to hunt down a little 2-7 and some light rings.
what a joy to buy an affordable rifle and spend less than 5 minutes getting the trigger to 3#.

It will go well under 3#, just by cutting a few coils off the spring that is behind the allen screw. You just have to take the one pin out to pull the trigger out to get to the spring.

And, if it is too light, just tighten up the screw more, and it will increase it back.
