How about dinner preview? Just put a rub on 8 glorious lbs of prime brisket of a mix of Ancho chili powder salt,allspice, ground celery seeds, coriander seeds, garlic powder, ground mustard seeds, dried oregano, smoked Spanish paprika and black pepper. Bound for the egg tomorrow.
