When I had one, I carried it in a Bianchi Black Widow.

Ross leather made mine. I like the fit and it works fine with my charter arms 44 special too.

I really like the Simply Rugged Silver Dollar. Simply Rugged is a great company. I also have a Ross and a Zack Davis Leather holster (he's slowed down and doing other stuff now so it's difficult to get a hold of him. I also have a Hays Holster that is nice. (I have more than 1 SP101 so I have some holsters. Bianchi has a 5 BHL for the Ruger also. I prefer holsters that cover the trigger guard, so I have no Bianchi's.

I use a Bianchi 5BHL for my Ruger SP101 with 3" barrel. It is an "Outside the waistband holster" not very good for concealed carry, but I do not carry my SP101 in a concealed condition.

I use a Ross for my 2.25", they make it for the 3". Not the best for concealment. If using under a coat its not bad
