They left the backdoor wide open and I drew my moose tag. Add a New Mexico elk tag and this is going to be a very good year.

No moose for me this year. Didn't really expect to draw. I only had 1 point and I was putting in for a cow in the Big Horns.

I've got about half the points necessary to actually draw either of those tags. Stupidity is expensive If you find yourself in a fair fight, your tactics suck!

This is why I am against introducing preference points in Idaho - eventually only long time applicants are the ones drawing the tags. I'd rather have an even money shot every year with everyone else.
