"....was to produce an American Rifle in 22-250 with an 8" twist, how many of you would want one?" SAS, Your original post from June of last year got lost in 18 pages of wishes and wants... different rifles, calibers, options, etc. Which is fine and interesting But; Did You pursue this with Ruger? If so what was the response? Thanks Jerry link to original post; http://www.24hourcampfire.com/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/topics/10125840/all/If_Ruger....

I'll be with Ruger again on June 8th. Maybe I'll learn more then. Production capacity is the limiting factor. When the market dies down, I'm sure we'll see them.
I enjoy handguns and I really like shotguns,...but I love rifles!

Still think an SS 18-in. Threaded Compact would be Ultimate Truck Gun...

I would love a 22-250 8" twist. I'll take one for sure.

If reports come back that they are throated right I'd probably be all over one.

A SS 1-8" 22-250 with a properly cut throat would be a gem.
