Leica Duovid 8-12x42 Binocular for sale. $1040 obo TYD in the lower 48. (will ship to Alaska for actual shipping costs). Will do Pay Pal or MO.

These were purchased second hand in October of 2014 from someone who had cared for them well for several years. I used them for 2 hunting seasons. Optics are in near perfect condition. Housing is in really good shape, but do show a few marks from typical hunting use. Overall, I would rate them as a 9/10 as a conservative rating.

Included are the binocular (switch from 8x to 12x while maintaining focus), Leica leather carrying case, Eagle Optics (Crooked Horn) bino harness, Vortex ocular and objective lens covers. I will also include a Bog Pod tripod attachment (purchased in December 2015 and only used a few times to watch wintering animals)as these binos do not have the threaded tripod adapter.

Mid day bump and new price. Let's try $975 shipped TYD lower 48.

As a sufferer of the "shakes" at 10x, this bino provided me with a very solid option. I could use the 8x for terrific general use and then switch them to 12x for looking at the details. I used my trekking pole regularly to help in that regard. That said, I didn't have the Bog Pod bino hand at the time. After receiving that at Christmas, I was shocked to see how amazing 12x binos are when utilizing a good tripod.

This price is a GREAT deal for these great binoculars. If I didn't already have the same Duovid, they'd be on their way to Montana.
