If I read that right the man is looking for Parker Hale 1" roll off mounts to suit a BSA sportsman or a Brno model 1/2/4/5 with 5/8 dovetails.

They do come up on ebay.co.uk occasionally, quite a bit of that stuff doesn't show up on an ebay.com search.

Best of luck.

Gerry, if you are just looking to get a set of mounts for 16 mm dovetails (and not specifically period PH), Morris at Alaska Arms contacted me today and let me know he is considering making his mounts to suit 16 mm (5/8").

Regards.

Actually, they are to fit my 7mm Rem Mag Hauck, which my gunsmith modified with a 5/8ths dovetail milled into the front of the receiver and a quarter rib to match. Do you perchance have contact details for Morris ? Many thanks for your input.

Hi Gerry,

I have an original PH rings. The ones with a conical stud in the center of the base of each ringt, between the dovetail.
If they are, I have not problem to send them to you. From Argentina!!! For a price good for you and me!

Regards

PH

Hi Gerry,

I will take and upload pictures of the rings so you can see if they are the ones you are looking for.
Today I will ask at the post office the shipping cost.
Keep in touch.
