OP Steelhead Campfire Oracle S Joined: Oct 2002 Posts: 96,121	Cakes. Seemed a good first breakfast for the new kitchen countertops. Cooked the bacon first then cooked the hoecakes in the bacon fat. I also love hoecakes with cracklins mixed in and a big pot of greens. "Dear Lord, save me from Your followers"
