I just picked a beautiful Kimber Classic in 243 and wanted to get your opinions on what sling I should put on it. I'd like to get something that is timeless and will stay with the gun when I pass it on to my children.
If you have pictures that'd be great too.

Not a great sling pic, but another vote for a Montana Sling

+1 Montana Gun Slings. This is an older dark brown one. Love it. New border stitched model looks sharp and kudos for using US Made GroveTec Swivels! http://www.montanagunslings.com/Gun-Slings/

Another vote for Montana Sling. A little stiff at first but it loosened up and now is my favorate sling.

Sounds like the Montana sling is the winner. Thanks for the help.

Montana sling or bust.. I've got 3 or 4, both 1" and 1.25" models... Day in day out I prefer the 1" model.

Brownell's Latigo has always been my go to sling. On my Kimber's though I use original KoO branded slings.
