We've been cooking on this one for 19 years with very good results with whole pigs, sheep, pork ribs, pork shoulder, deer and chickens..etc. RIP old friend. SAS and I went and brought this one home last Sunday. This one has much more capabilities than the old one. We spent all afternoon Sunday firing it up and seasoning. More in use pictures to come later...........

I'm liking the new one. Cooking is actually where I got my name for here... It was time for an upgrade.
I enjoy handguns and I really like shotguns,...but I love rifles!

Know fat, know flavor. No fat, no flavor.
I tried going vegan, but then realized it was a big missed steak.

Who built your smoker? Slingin'n steel? I have been looking for a new smoker? I have been thinking Lang or Shirley. Any reviews would be great

Sweet indeed.
New toy and great eats!
I hope I the learning curve taste as good as that smoker looks.

Look out for number 1, don't step in number 2.

So how is the new cooker working out? I am interested in a full review. I am from Kentucky also and in the market for a new smoker.
