Had my Tikka 695 in 300 WM out today in fact. It likes lighter bullets than you plan, specifically 180 Accubonds or Interlocks. Shoots well under MOA with either in my less-than-expert hands off less-than-perfectly lock-solid bags with 76.0 of R22 in Norma cases and CCI 250 primers. The Norma cases have made a noticeable improvement over Hornady, Rem, or Winchester ones though I don't do precise measurements.
