It'll make as much difference as the Benghazi hearings.
Congressional hearings these days are all just a show to make the people think that Congress is on the ball.

The Legislative Branch of our government is no longer relevant.......the Executive and Judicial branches ignore Congress/senate.
Considering Comey's impeccable reputation, one wonders if he was made fearful for the safety of his family or himself.
Historically, those that have crossed the Clintons have not fared well.

It will make for some interesting Political Theater. I certainly hope that he is asked if his job description is : "... To investigate the facts and evidence in order to make a determination whether the necessary elements of a crime exist ..." OR " ... To make a personal judgment as whether a "reasonable" Prosecutor would, in fact, prosecute a crime after the necessary elements of that crime have been presented to him / her ..."
